At first, I wanted to learn more about their users and the nature of their business. Afterward, I guided the client through the process which included competitive analysis, an information architecture workshop, wireframes, mood board, and eventually, we came to the UI design for both desktop and mobile. At about the same time I was working on the style guide so they could more consistently continue website development.
